I don't mean to diminish your efforts, because I think your ability to match the original tones is great.... but by any chance ... where you part of the beta test for the midi note import function? Those note tracks look awful perfect... and I happen to remember the original ROM midis were split into 3-4 tracks.

If I may ask, how did you make some of the custom beats for this on Probe? Because I cant figure out how to make custom ones, the closest I have gotten to custom ones is a Triangle beat fading out.
