  I like that synth at the beginning, very intriguing way to start the song. The panning at the end can be a little bit irritating though, I appreciate actually panning the song, adds some depth, but if you put too much at one side at one time, it can be uncomfortable. Ears can tend to feel weird if the track is unbalanced. Other than that, great track.

  the panning is a bit extreme, i think 50% L/R gets the job done more smoothly; otherwise i like this a lot

  Hmmm, not liking the extended panning effect around 2:10 , it stays to my right for a long time, but I love the sampling.. actually.. that sounds like the sample I messed with in one of my tracks.. nice job!
