Errands for Dichrome

Dichrome is a plastic-coated vigilante who is strongly hated by FluxCorp, PluralGenesis, Ceramic Eye, Alpha27Beta, and countless others. He believes in a world where everyone is able to live independently, with nobody having any sort of reliance on human society. In his belief, he adds how people can optionally make themselves specialize in something on top of their general independence and use it to offer others ways to improve their lives, through a pseudo-communist system. He never acts on his own, often targeting and employing anyone who is weak-minded enough to run errands for him.
