I didn't post my first track for a solid 2 months after I joined, I just made experimental tracks. That's what I would recommend for you to do as well.
For sure! You have to start somewhere. Even a lot of experienced artists use way too many devices to make a certain sound, or don't mix it quite right. The point is that you need to start from somewhere and work your way up. It's all about learning.
