having a bad week, so I figure I'll do something I enjoy. Will probably adjust some more and then put up on soundcloud for download

  • Such a fitting title ;)

  • Listen to my music!

  • Awesome! Super Acid at 3.02 !!! Love it.

  • love the wet and squishy and the texture scratchy sounds and the simple stringy synths. so masterful brother. and the kind of creaking door crossed with a pick traversing a guitar string east and west instead of north to south. so much creativity placed so meticulously. nice work. you were having a bad week then, hope it's better now. :)

  • This is like a remixed 'japan' 12"!

There's no higher compliment than that, it seems hour bad week has a positive effect on your music!

  • Good stuff !

  • whoa!!!! Great opening sounds Josh. I love the synth work at the start especially. The middle definitely has that New Order sound. You're still the master of the 303. After 2 years on this site I finally used the 303. Not nearly half as well though.

  • I've used it in other tracks too because it's such a nice movement

  • It's the progression that does that

  • Nice one :) Agree with yaf, it does sound a bit like blue monday. Just a bit ;)

  • Cool arche, the synth at 1.07 spits New Order, Blue Monday? ...N1m8:)!

  • I've got to get better, but I think I will need a collaborator and I don't collaborate well :P

  • i like what you have done on your own here and it would be a seriously cool direction - to hear what you would come out with when grinding your sounds and ideas against a like-minded collaborator, now that would be a real sonic gold-seam. so very capable of making A1 stuff, so get on it!"

  • A review of this track: "sonically lush whilst musically straightforward. liking your synth layering - 303 is always fun when used like this (ie as a part of the sound rather than its central feature) I feel, however, this track suffers very slightly, from being all dressed up with no place to go :-

  • amazing ..hey arche take time and stop on Merle last beat i presume you will enjoys is guitar ....
