This was really fun to remix, the vocals and melody were perfect for a chillstepish...thing. I know this track might sound boring and uncreative, but then this track isn't for dancing or high emotions. This is for easy listening, relaxation and deaming. So, I hope you guy all like this. :)
believe it or not, the double snare was the only drum pattern that could actually go in time with the song. i tried other drum patterns and this one is the best one i got.
Beautiful Remix, but I do not like the drums too much, especially the double snare really spoils it for me. I think this would work better with some more subtile elements (hihats / ghostnotes) in the groove.
I might make a different version of this, like, a better version. Not a contest remix,but a regular remix. I feel I could've done better, but because of the deadline and I didn't have any ideas until the day before the deadline, that idea wouldn't have worked. So this track is basically a simple version of what was going on in my head.
