Is the picture a view from your apartment? I've lived in blocks like this too. Really ghetto with drug junkies. Now I live in the village again. It's quieter and the fire brigade doesn't come as often anymore because an arsonist has set the entrance to the house on fire again to kill us all.

But it's not that bad most of the time, and actually the view on the other side is pretty.
