Well, I finally got my Macbook for college and decided to test out this infamous DAW. Using Garageband feels like cheating. But, I made sure to not use any loops. I even played the guitar myself :)
this is a really nice sound... atmospheric, and lovely... really cool (:

when I lived in the states of the united, we'd use garageband in the computer lab (I was 7 at the time) and I fell in love with it (: maybe that's where I started...

@cluless Yeah I wish I had designed it myself... It's one of Garageband's instruments which I tried to customize a little

This is really nice, it has a really cool, soothing sound to it, I think you should finish it :)
Sometimes I do like to use garageband, but I definitely prefer Audiotool. GB was never meant, I don't think, to produce electronic music, it was made more for the independent, guitar and vocal type people, like what you did with this track. I personally just use garageband to make piano melodies for my songs and make/cut loops to meet AT's 30 sec or less limitation since AT doesn't have virtual instruments.

Garageband was my first start in creating music.
I regret loving it at the time...

the first song I ever made was in garage band 3 or 4 years ago. it was made completely out of loops. I called it dubstep at the time, but it was nothing close to dubstep. I still have it saved in my iTunes library on my iPod touch.

Yeah, garageband does feel like cheating, but this is a really cool track! I think you should make a whole song out of it.
