Try some cutoff automation on this noise. Both here and everywhere else. You could also add a phaser with the speed lowered completely and max range on your frequencies.

Also, big pointer I notice with a lot of your tracks. Changing up the sound design works only in the event of short repeats. If you are going to do this for the entire track, change the notes up.
