ive heard so much about this movie, i want to see it. Preferably with herbs lol :) This mix is a bit messy but theres a lot going on here that I like, the chord progression of the main synth is sick
Ah that's better! that's THC! @ Tott oh yeah more than 20 years and I've yet to find a better manga. A lot of anime tend to use block sketching but (if you're an obsessive like me) you notice in Akira every cm is coloured and textured in painstaking detail. The dedication is amazing; also aside from the fact it's ground breaking and genre defining what makes it so good is that it's a brilliant sci fi film regardless of the fact it's animated.

Yah, Akira!! I was totally drawn into that film, (literally sucked into the t.v, I was;), when I accidentally watched it on t.v in my young teens, I've never forgotten it, it's never left me, I'd never seen anything like it at the time.........Anyway, lovely trippy stuff, N8:)!

When the loud, gritty synth at comes in I feel like theres too much reverb on the mix, its hard to hear all the parts cuz theres a bit too much reverb
