This track is timeless... I have had this in the back of my mind for the last week or so and finally remembered to hop on here and give this another listen. This really makes me flashback to when I was younger, growing up hearing some of the trance my mom would have on her ipod playlists in the car that would always whisk me off into another world. That feeling this type of music gives me is where I picked my username from... May this site never go down so I can return to this masterpiece. <3
I would've never expected that, I loved reading all this! It's fun hearing about fun behind-the-scenes type of facts behind producers when they make their music, any thoughts they may have had throughout the process or their mindsets from the past. These kinda serve as time capsules, capturing essence of ourselves from the past and what our world was like back then. Thanks for sharing that, it was awesome to hear directly from you :) hope you're doing well
Fun fact almost the first 5 years of my AT tracks were made at an office job at the airport. It was two 14 hours shifts, Saturday and Sunday. I would wake up at like... 5am after sleeping for three hours, chug a coffee, and sit in a dark warehouse office. I'd make one track every single weekend, and it was usually done in one day on the Saturday. Sometimes it'd get finished on Sunday.
When I listen to this track, I think about the person I was when I made this and remember early Audiotool. 14 years isn't that long, but it's a good chunk of change!
