    Nice! I think it would be better if you didn't use a snare with the kick, but the idea is good.

      Nah. It would sound weaker. The reason alot of riddim layers the clapsnare with a kick is so it carries weight while not overloading it with a traditional dubstep snare. It gives just enough punch.
