    that is one interpretation, which means the progression is I, IV, vii (C#, F#, B#).

    or Db :). Actually that's probably the basic scale, but I keep resolving to a C or Csus4, so I'm not sure what actual key it is. I want to interpret it as a bii, bIV I progression <Db, Gb, C>, which puts it in the key of C.
