drums are pretty lame in this one IMO
I was a bit lazy with this one, but I haven't done synthwave in a while.

If your going for synthwave, I genuinely think the drums are good, maybe a bit of boost on the low end, but I can't really tell with the rest of the mix. With synthwave - I'm by no means experienced; just observant - I encourage putting more emphasis on the bass and simmer down with the high end. It's what I find as a characteristic in much of the synthwave and synthwav-esque tracks I listen to.
