Even without the new synth and the new stereo enhancers, great tracks can still be made. Sometimes, new tools just make old jobs easier. It doesn't really matter how you do it, just make sure that you know that you did well.

Masterful synth: the aphex twin influence is showing along with a few rave elements. Although this is a great song... let me be the first to assure you that your magnum opus isn't something to be fixated on. Just keep creating, you'll do fine :).
