how did I not notice this. this is amazing! I really love that melody!
I've been wanting to remake this track of mine for a while, so here's my attempt at a newer version of Pixels! In my head, I always imagined more of an older techno feel to the track, so I tried to incorporate more of that style into this remake. I never really tried that style before though, so it might be kinda funky... I don't know. I also wanted to add little twists into the track that I didn't originally imagine in there, and it was fun to do that. I'm still not sure whether this belongs in chiptune or techno or another genre at this point though, so please let me know which one I should put this in- and give me feedback too! I was struggling to get the bass right without making it too loud and gritty for a while, but I'm sure it's still not mixed correctly and I'd love to know what exactly I should do to make this track sound better!
