Hardcore always blows me away. It's one of my favorite genres, but I can't even begin how to imagine making it.

NOOoooo. . . But I get it. Just take your time. Whatever you make, it'll be good.

@Lighter Green Music Sorry but I won't be doing any more collabs until I get some more tracks out.
They're just literally sitting in the studio at this point and I need to get them out lol.

Actually, @XyPhr , I'm sure you've seen po9t's new remix competition by now. I was thinking of doing a really epic/sad hardcore remix. Do you want to collab and help walk me through it?

That's also me in a nutshell (besides the part that I can improvise more rhythms & melodies even though I may use the same sound design).

The thing I struggle with- I mean, one of the MANY things I struggle with is sound design. That's what's really holding me back. I only joined AT a year ago; This is all new to me, but I'm learning.

Hardcore EDM is definitely a challenging genre to create, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. One of the things that makes hardcore EDM so unique is its emphasis on fast, aggressive rhythms and intensity. To create a great hardcore EDM track, you need to be able to channel that energy and intensity into your music, while also maintaining a strong sense of structure and melody.
