I'd focus on pulling the track together. As it is, it doesn't feel like it is very coherent. It currently sounds like you're crossfading between entirely different tracks. Dances with Droplets does a much better job of pulling everything together well and feeling coherent.

I love the beat- especially the fast hihats and snare. This sounds great!- You've definitely gotten better. Keep it up!
