Track 3 of the Metamorphosis Album

Cover art credit

(Enter) A man, a scout, from another kingdom wanders through the fields hoping to settle into new land

*another man in armor riding a horse gallops from over the scorched dunes towards the scout*

(Armored Man) "Run! The lord of this land wishes you dead! You must hurry and leave as he already sent his troops to plunder and capture your home!"

*The armored man rode off back over the dunes which he hath come*

The ground shakes.. The ground rumbles.. a steady beat.. the wind growing stronger

  • amazing sound design - sharing with you an idea for the sitar in the intro: if you automate a progressive level increase the transition would be smoother and by the same occasion you directly inform the listener about the mix's depth. also, its pulsar delay could be automated as well from nearly mono to full stereo, it would give a great 'opening' feeling

    • with pleasure :) regarding the progressive volume increase, an idea worth trying is to progressively increase the wetness of the pulsar along the volume increase of the sitar synth, then to compare with how the opening would sound if you keep a steady wetness like it is currently

    • Awesome thank you :)
