check out my track Dreamcore, I will use a similar set up for bass in my future dubstep. I recommend playing around with the pulviriser (or whatever the synth with all the knobs is called) untill you get a good sound. Go for a single note out of it. Then put a note track and make simple notes. Then get a frequency changer and mix it up, This way you can create your own wobbles.

If using Dub step beats from audio tracks dont be afraid to get several samples and cutem up and or over lay them with eachother :)
