whoa, nice job! From the screenshot, tho, I'm seeing a lot of identical effects pedals.
Little pro tip: if you have identical effects applied to multiple sounds(im seeing a lot of chorus pedals, for example), try routing the synths through the 4 channel minimixer, and delete all but one of the effects. Then plug the effect into the aux in/out on the minimixer, and set each channel aux level to 0 db. This will compress your workspace, and improve your 'lag', should you have any. And it's neater.

Secondly, I can't open the project, but you might have a bit of clipping in there. You may need to adjust your gain levels a bit, or turn the db's down on your filters and such. Just a guess.
