Okay so personally. The bass is deep. I'd try and compress that, but the melodies are pretty nice. Mess around with those, like envelopes, not in a change em but automate em.
The bass sounds likes its on the wrong key. Also.

dj spanish fly invented memphis rap and he does have a couple of songs with cowbells as a melody. but not the main melody, more as a compliment to the sample or wtv he has
