I still couldn't find the sample I was looking for it's kind of weird there was an error when I was syncing my sample and I can't locate it using search or find it on my list of samples... but it's not a big deal I'll just resample it. If you want your tracks to be available for all to see you have to publish them under the file menu of the audiotool app. A word of warning audiotool will not let you publish tracks with "all rights reserved" samples in them for some reason i guess so they feel as though you'll contribute to the community better that way.
