Yeah, go ahead. For my beats on SoundCloud, you can use the available beats for demos and nonprofit projects as long as you give me (The B-ST) credit for the beats. If you wish to sell unit, however, you would have to purchase a licence. Peace.
The flow was aight, but the lyrics could have been much, much better. Also, you wanna work on them mixing/mastering skills. Also, play around with the tone of your voice till you find that "one" tone that fits the beat very well. I mean, you can't have a dude with a mickey mouse voice rapping to some NYC beat. And the song itself kind of reminded me of Lil Wayne. You'll want to stay clear of imitating anyone's style. Try making a style that's your own. It's the quickest way to get noticed in the rap game.

Honestly, I'm in no position to tell you if you're a good rapper or not, because, I for one, do not rap, nor do I know how to. That being said, my opinion is pretty much meaningless. But, if you want my opinion, then....
