Ok, the bell needs some inharmonic frequencies over a strong fundamental. Add these with the oscillators and put some slightly off tune. Then your flute has too much noise. Combine a saw and triangle with a little bit of noise. The bell could also ring longer. Think about your snare and how you will do that.
