You plug in a sone shot sample like a kick or a Hi Hat then press the square shaped button things and they will light up on the beat you want them to hit on. So umm that's really basically how you make an original track, most people look down upon using samples. Oh and learning scales can be really helpful. :D
Hey you said you needed help, so I'm guessing that you use sample to make your songs? Try learning all the tools, Infyuthsion has links to his youtube videos, that's where I learned how to use the Pulverisatur and the Heisenburg. The drum machines for the most part are pretty simple, the machineste is the easiest though.
