I can give you an idea on how to get started: Set your tempo to 140 BPM. Drop your drum sounds into a machiniste. For dubstep you want deep, punchy kicks and a really snappy reverbed snare. I usually layer a clap on top of the snare. Also, a crisp sounding open hihat. Use syncopated drum patterns. Kick on 1, snare on 3, and use hihats to give it a shuffle feel.
