I've been making music since 1999 so I'd say it's mostly just time spent experimenting.
The biggest thing, I'd say, has been using Audiotool and seeing all of the insane things the incredible artists we have here have been able to do with it (especially when they leave songs open to remix so we can see their handiwork).
By the way fam, I think a better word for your work is amateur not mediocre. When you call yourself mediocre it kind of sounds like you're putting yourself down and I don't really love to see you do that. Being inexperienced does not have to imply "bad". I feel amateur is a way of saying "I don't know everything but I'm learning". It might help you feel a little better about yourself too if you don't use negative things to describe yourself or your work 🫶✌️

Found this Jungle drummer on Youtube. He is awesome.
Hey bro do you have discord?
Music you make should be on youtube, and that sound with the jungle flare will get people to enjoy as much as other on Audiotool do.
