A concept I had for a relaxing EDM track that'll transport your mind elsewhere, what personally comes to mind when I hear this is a beautiful view of an ocean/lake at night, with the moonlight reflecting and the stars visible. Or maybe the Milky Way is in view, or your soul is traveling through the stars of the galaxy, that sort of mystical stuff.

The main concept of the track was finished around 1-3 months ago, but today I touched it up a bit more, added some features, and extended it to be a longer track than what it originally was. I love this one personally.

    Added more samples to give this that spacey/water vibe I was talking about. I might get rid of them though, they might be too distracting from the rest of the track in my opinion.

      i like them, but i might wash them out in reverb and mix them rly low so they just add an atmosphere with watery tonality without the listener actually having to hear them

    The rolling bass is a nice touch, I also like how the arp gradually builds up when the lead starts.

      Thanks! :D And I was considering switching it to synthwave, it has that slower rolling bass after all. I just also felt like this track didn't have a lot of other features of a synthwave track for it to be considered synthwave.

    Now that I think about it, I don't think this exactly falls under EDM, I don't know what genre would suit it better though, unless I pass it off as a soundtrack track...
