I don't know how something can sound like pixels but It does and it makes me feel some sort of way that I don't know how to describe but the song is good

You've got a long way to go, but also, lots of fun to be had along the way The intro ( - ) is waaaay too long for it to be so empty, i'd suggest shortening it and adding more musical variety than the same repeated melody the melody didn't really sound right to me until the bass started playing with it. I like how it sounds here and wished there was more like it elsewhere in the song

I wasn't much different with my first chiptune and other first songs lmao, just keep on making stuff that sounds interesting to you and you'll get much better in time alongside learning new techniques. Consider this a stepping stone to your future, and don't give up.
Overall, I have to disagree with most of the commenters. This song is not very good, but it does have little slices of potential. I don't mean to be harsh, I just care about you and want to push you to grow rather than only praise you on the good stuff. I'd reccomend working on things like your composition (for better melodies and cooler song progression --> avoid too much repetition) and mixing (specifically, better volume control --> some sounds are too loud or get drowned out here).

I do suggest in the future to check that the presets you're using are actually in tune because sometimes they're not quite annoying but easy to fix
