but when you give comments such as this, it's not helping their knowledge of mixing maybe give some tips, tell them how to reduce the clipping, etc Just saying, "learn to mix" is kinda inadequate, it's kinda obvious

everything is so loud that the song gets all distorted when i say mix i mean make everything as loud as possible without having the volume bar hit the red at the top in the studio

please be more precise :(
