idk i think it just needs a bit more musical elements to it...that break you could really evolve, maybe alter the beat a bit and have that kind of section return later, add more nuances...i think its just that chopped up sample or whatever thats too loud...just all of this to consider yknow...

WOOOAAA so so unique and Nominalish omg...that picture just is like pure fear...i would maybe have some like atmospheric vinyl effects to make it just a bit more cloudy...it sounds a bit too empty if you dont have it. also later where it starts to turn into a sausage, the chopped up sample or whatever i would suggest you try to multiband-compress with the bass, it gets a bit too loud and covers up that percussion...maybe some stereo on that snare hit too....
