Nothing special, testing usage of the main audio output of the Centroid into a Distortion then into a Compressor to "glue" everything together and raise the track volume without resorting to slamming it all into the Limiter and clipping the signal into the red...only soft clipping every now and then.

So far: succesful...but need cross referencing with other listening devices of more limited capability for better tranference of sound.

  • That desc... what? I don't speak nerd...

  • good one!

  • I saw what you posted to my wall, love this song man and I am kinna a nube so compared to any song I have ever made it's amazing haha thanks for messaging me!

  • Dang I hope someday I can make music even remotely as good as this!

  • I've fixed the remix so maybe it'll be better

  • I made a remix, check it out!

  • I like the way the main synth thingy sounds. but maybe too much distortion on it.

  • I'll look at it in the far future, the drums will be an issue since i put an exciter on the kick and the low end just shot up to the red clipping zone like a leprechaun on viagra, the bass is not monophonic its a 2 note chord, one octave apart...but i WAS trying to get a softer SAW type thing going.

  • I don't think this is like pop. It seems a lot more like you wanted to test something out so you were just like, "here, use this squeaker, and this bass, and see how it works." which i think is smart because it will be easier to tell volume differences when the sounds themselves aren't too complex.

  • Awesome! Nice melody there, but i reckon the drums could be boosted a bit... Otherwise, excellent work :)

  • I agree with the bass issue and the synths, but this isn't pop at all, in my opinion, in fact, I kept remembering LCD Soundsystem through out the track, and if those corrections were made, I think it would turn into something interesting.

  • AGREE WITH DARK IMPROVE YOUR BASS OTHERWISE IS SO COOL :)
