Immediately upon his re-entry to the Astral Plane, Onei is greeted by another commander: Del Astra. Del Astra tells Onei that she’s been observing him from afar, and she doesn’t think that he's a serious threat to the Plane. She thinks that the others are overreacting to his presence and are just skeptical because of him entering from Outer Space (i.e. the Physical Plane).

Del Astra has a very extroverted and fun personality, but she is also known to get pretty serious in a similar manner to Cor Caroli. Unlike Cor Caroli though, she is not one who is quick to anger. She can be very patient for how active she is, but is also known to be quite stubborn. She thinks of Cor Caroli as a brother, and often refers to him as "Del Sol". She tries to stay positive in most situations, but sometimes, she lets her stress slip out, terrifying the other astral beings. She cares a great deal about her twin sister - Del Aura, often mentoring and helping her where she can, but she also is criticized by Del Aura for being disorganized, and on the contrary, receives a lot of help from her.

Del Astra is quite bold looks-wise. Her outfit boasts creativity and is ever so slightly risque. She is confident in herself, and her outfit truly shows it. Del Astra's skin is a lighter shade of purple or lavender, and she wears a mini-cloak over her clothing. (This is all I can think of for her looks).
