Really getting into Liquid DnB lately. Well lately when I made this, couple of months later im pubbing bc i can't improve it anymore it just kills my laptop.
plus it's not just loops that create the hats, i have my own layered alongside. Granted they're not particularly complex, but thats the point. Simple and chilled.
calm my dude ;), like aura said it creates percussive flow. If you give liquid dnb a try you'll realise a lot of the flow and pacing of the track is created through the drums, which sound 1000000000000% better when layered with percussive loops as well as creating an original beat on the machiniste.

when people most of the times use hats or even drum loop samples. cant people make their own, its not THAT hard. even i tried some time ago.

these hat loops are used, like, almost everywhere ._.
What's wrong with using hat loops? They can create a really great percussive flow if done right, and it was done very well here.
