bladerunner techno thing stuck in development hell so i release for everyone to hear before it collects 900 layers of dust
i took one of kibbeys dead drafts and kept drums and maybe some elements from the previous thing but for the most part its a completely new draft lol. not sure what kibbey added but if it wasn't for him this draft wouldn't exist or sound like this
