I can imagine making a music video to this. Having a blank stare, dancing.... pushing a cart full of Wheaties and soy milk through a grocery store, making people uncomfortable af.... Getting kicked out because I didn't ask permission from the manager to record. Then proceeding to go to a local McDonald's, sitting next to someone trying to enjoy their meal. At this point it's at the last 22 secs of the track. The camera zooms into my face in a 70's style displaying the words "esc.", fading.....
