Maybe layer the kick with another one. Maybe one from the 808 with a short decay time, just to give some lower-end punch

Cheers Mbelow :) na it's not intended, just didn't want the hats to bleed too much into the other percs and high freqs. It's not a sample it's 909 so easy fix :)

Very Nice! I think the open hihat closes a few millis to early. Maybe pick a different sample that is longer. This somewhat kills the groove for me. There is much more energy when the crash comes in. Maybe this is intended?
