Hmm. Okay let's break this down from the beginning. Your synth at the beginning is very shrill. Also, the note choice is a little. . . creepy? for something I'd expect to be given to a mother. It's very much atonal, which isn't necessarily bad, but then it gets kinda shrill and feels like it's meant to be scary and offputting more than anything else. I think you might want to study some more traditional music theory before you attempt atonality, it's very difficult to get right.

There's some stuff here that's off pitch. It sounds better at , but gets weird again at . It has a very nice atmosphere to it, but it's just off tune. That kick explosion at should also be lowered a bit.
