Normally what I'll do is make two audiotrack machines (the sample ones) and then put them through separate mixers, one for sections with bass and one for without. That way you can still get the full sound out of the sample in different parts of the track. It also helps to differentiate the different parts of the track when arranging

I think if you're going to go with this particular bass progression, you should cut out more low end on the guitar bc it's clashing. But this is dope
