yeah the lead is too wide. it makes the mid/side balance inconsistent. most of the track is not so wide, so making the lead wide would make the lead quieter in comparison if the track were summed to mono, and it would make the lead louder the wider the track goes. i also see a perfect spot where the lead could fit along the spectrum. turn down the lower frequencies and turn up the high end.

The lead sounds poggers but i feel like it would sound more poggers if it wasnt so stereo'd and mid heavy

mine doesn't read stereo that well, it just highpasses it and it sounds shitty. maybe your right.
