HOW TO DEATHSTEP

DISCLAIMER: (this is my first time ever making deathstep so please be nice) - As per joVee's request, ive done a tutorial on deathstep. lmk what genre u guys want next! - - start with a distorted sub bass - next create a huge gritty and distorted bass (yes i made it in AT) with filler basses (i made one of the 2 in AT. the other was a sample). for the deathstep feel use a lot of triplets. - - next add an eerie pattern of horns and choir chants - - add a simple dubstep hat loop - make a heavily saturated drum loop. layer white noise on the kick so that it punches through the mix. use reverse kicks for more impact. - - final result! - I left remix open so you guys can study my project. go ahead and remix, i wanna see what u guys come up with!
