Nah man don't be I gotta learn some time

Apr 27, 18

Oh sorry! Tl;dr I just manually made the arps for this one with some creative experimenting on a device from Audiotool Next.

It goes to show how little I know on how to make music man! Your terms flew over my head with that one lol I guess I'd have to see what you were talking about to understand completely tbh! But all in all, your an outstanding artist, your stuff has been good since I was on my restitution account xD

For Cryptic, I just plugged in chords into the arpeggio matrix. For Barrier, it was also made with the arp matrix but only uses 2 octaves from it. For The Beacon, I just manually put the arp in. I could've deleted the arp matrix for that.

For this one in particular, I used the arpeggio matrix and put in a few 2-note chords into it to experiment with riffs. Then when I found the general riff I wanted, I emulated the riff by manually making the notes in the pulv that the arpeggio matrix might otherwise play. I tweaked it a little after emulating it. This way, I can add random or dissonant notes into the arp whenever I wanted.

Honestly though, how'd you make them? I feel like doing some experimental stuff with something like this tbh!

Thanks! I liked making them
