once you are done with the track, look at your mixer, if there is a red light on, then slowly take the level down on the mixer until the red light turns off. You can do this in one quick move by using the far right master level, but I reccomend you mix each channel used. When the red light is on, it is clipping the signal of whatever is plugged into it, leading to distortion. So try to never have those red lights on at publishing time
