I think I actually picked that up from June originally. I know it's not a great habit, but I just never ended up dropping it. Now it's just kinda how I make super quick basses.

Because when doing what you do with them, they sound squeaky, and squishy, especially at higher speeds when in the flow. So try cutting it back a little
