haha yeah I am realizing that I am not nor do I want to be the next 'flying lotus' or mndsgn.. I just want to add upbeat energy to what I consider to be hiphop. But it will require a new set of oneshots and percussive drive that I simply have not stumbled across yet.. I haven't been 100% content with any of my percussive works as of late.. the sound is 50% there..
i keep trying to get those shuffly hats but just have failed drafts.... then i realize im just too pasty to groove on that level and i go make techno...
