Cool concept you got here but there are a few things I don't like: The pulsar delay (either use regular delay or edit the sync times on the pulsar delay imo), The melody is repetitive (I like the other background instruments you add to this, but it's still repetitive overall, you should have it progress into another melody for a little bit and then return to the original melody for familiarity), The bass could be stronger, the kick could be punchier, I can't recognize any snares. (possibly more)
It's not like I actually know how to make good chiptune yet lol I'm just trying new genres.
