Use Full-Time Phonk House Drums In It Instead of Half-Time Trap Drums Instead

Nov 5, 24

sounds like a koruse song

Nov 5, 24

it does tho

I mean, OK, but it's all just sample loops. If you programmed at least the drums yourself, you'd have more range in creativity. Arranging is an art itself but what from this is actually yours yk?

thanks man music has been something ive always loved and producing it is so fun to me but there are so many hiccups iive come across to a point where my music hasn't really improved but using the knowledge u gave me i hope to improve

I recommend just remixing every track you come across that you like. You will learn so much looking at other's drafts. I hope I could help somehow. Been a bit sceptical at first, but I like your spirit. Keep it up.

Can't really help you with writing melodies in that sense.

Then experiment a bit with square wave sounds, I'd say have the first osc be a square wave as the fm carrier and then add fm from oscillator B. All of this is based a lot on trial and error and knowing the synths inside out. It's the same with writing melodies. Basics of music theory help a lot, but everything gets much easier if you push yourself and practice making music regularly. Having relative pitch is pretty amazing, but that is something you need to develop over time.

I made something close to what a cowbell sounds like on a Pulverisateur, but perhaps a heisenberg could do a better job. Take the sound yu want to create apart, analyze each component. In phonk cowbells, the transients are very sharp, so use a very short attack speed. The sound isn't sustained, so decrease the sustain all the way and play around with the decay and release time. Plus for more punch, use a very short pitch envelope going downward with a very short decay (in case of the heisenberg)

Hm... Tuning cowbells in AT is a bit difficult, but you can use the Machiniste for it. The Pitch knob works through "cents" so you can increase and decrease pitch in semitones EG: the cowbell could be in C# and if you go -100 cents down it's at C. It is a bit inaccurate and takes lots of time to arrange, but that is one of the best ways to tune samples in Audiotool. Either that or you could try to create your own cowbell in AT.

and at least ty for being honest man it really helps a lot. especially when all theses ppl call it good to be nice but that is not how u improve
