revengee's is more of an emotional type approach which I really admire but as for lv's I feel like there needs to be more oomph on the bass because it feels flat where as on revengee's it covers the frequencies really well. So I'm gonna go with revengee's beat

If 1 had a different drum pattern, sound selection and key, I'd go with that one. It sounds like generic regalia with no personal touch (not a bad thing). 2 has better execution, but the open hats could be better. Overall 2 wins.

Yeah, happens to me all the time. When I feel like I can't hear my style in the beat, I'll just delete the drums and maybe change the key of the melody and it makes a big difference uusually.If I can't find any drums besides generic ones that work then I'll just change the composition so it doesn't sound too much like someone else

I wasnt able to think outside the box, so I went generic. Basic sound selection, and nothing more. I can understand where your coming from.
