with audio, they normally scan the actual audio wave and metadata. You'd have to have the copyrighted track be pretty clear in your sample to get hit. If you're performing something that's just close to an original copyrighted work, you ought to be good. there will be enough different in your harmonic content and waveform to give you a pass.
